Cambridge Volleyball Club currently offers volleyball for both men and women at a wide range of levels; from complete beginners, right up to National League.  Whatever your level, we will have a squad to suit your ability.

Our mission is to inspire participation and to encourage development of volleyball through coaching, games and competitions.

Our Men’s first team competes in the English National Volleyball League Division 1 and the National Volleyball Cup and Shield for the 2019-20 season.

Our Men’s second team competes in the English National Volleyball League Division 3 and the National Volleyball Cup and Shield for the 2019-20 season.

Our Women’s first team competes in the English National Volleyball Super League and the National Volleyball Cup and Shield for the 2019-20 season.

The County Men’s team competes in the Cambridgeshire Volleyball Men’s League.

The County Women’s team competes in the Eastern Region Volleyball Series and the Cambridgeshire Volleyball Women’s League.

The Intermediates is a friendly squad for both keen improvers and recreational volleyball players.

We are thrilled to be offering the Open session / Recreational volleyball for all adult members again this year as it proved to be a success last season.

The Beginners and Core skills group is set up for those who are new to the sport and for players who are keen to develop their core skills in volleyball.

Some of our Junior members in the club compete in ad-hoc junior matches in the region.

We are also proud to be running training sessions at Hills Road Sixth Form College. The partnership helps provide new opportunities for the young people to create lifelong sporting habits.  It is a great way to help bridge the gap between school, college and community sport.

If you are interested in joining the club, please contact us first via www.cambridgevolleyball.org/contact-the-club/

Training with more than one squad is strictly at the invitation and discretion of the coaches (fees applied). Permission should always be sought before attending training with another squad, with which you do not normally train.

Please see below for details of each squad and click here for more information on Club Membership and fees or the membership form.

For junior members, a parental consent form will also be required.
