AGM – Annual General Meeting 2021

20 May 2021

Dear All

Whilst we all have had a very quiet volleyball year it is time again under the club’s constitution to hold our Annual General Meeting (AGM); which you are all invited to or as a parent of a junior member.  This year we are again going to hold the AGM virtually on Friday 18th June from 19:00, please find attached the agenda for the meeting.  I’ll send the zoom meeting joining details closer to the date.

As part of the meeting the committee all stepdown and a new committee is elected and as a committee we would love to see new faces across the table (virtual table recently) with ambitious ideas for the club. If you are interested in being a member of the committee the positions and a general description of the role are attached.  If you wish to discuss the position with the current committee member than please contact myself or Frances and we will arrange.

Post AGM and Covid-19 volleyball restart:

With encouraging signs that we are going to be able to meet in larger groups and play volleyball Rauf, your social secretary, is going to host a BBQ and volleyball afternoon over the weekend of 25-26th June; where you can meet fellow players and your new committee plus play some volleyball; weather permitting. More details on this event will be emailed closer to the AGM and the date.
