Anglia Ruskin University and Cambridge Volleyball Club – The Collaboration
In 2014, CVC and ARU set up a collaboration agreement to allow ARU students to train and play with the CVC National League teams.
The purpose of the collaboration is to contribute to a professional and progressive volleyball environment being created by Anglia Ruskin University and Cambridge Volleyball Club. The hope is that through this collaboration ARU students will benefit from the increased training and high level competition opportunities. It is also hoped that the collaboration will attract National League standard players to the university, in line with their strategy to increase their BUCS ranking. The collaboration will increase the pool of players for Cambridge Volleyball Club and increase the club profile both locally and nationally.
